The airline’s patent filing plan was revealed in a press briefing by Satya Ramaswamy, Air ’s Chief Digital & Officer. He pointed out that despite sharing their information regarding their AI chatbot knowledge with others, no competitor has achieved a breakthrough similar to theirs. The airline is committed to innovation, Ramaswamy added.
